How B2K Got Hooked Up:
The four Los Angeles teen were
discovered at an Epic showcase, where the flashy heartthrobs showed off
their irresistible vocal harmonies and hip, complex dance routines that
sucked Epic executives right in. B2K is an urban dance-pop sensation that
broke into the mainstream with their debut single "Uh Huh", in early 2002.
Though the singles success garnered much attention for their Self-titled
debut album, group members J-Boog, Raz-B, Lil'Fizz, and Omarion were already
mini-stars, having opened for BowWow
in the summer of 2001 and appeared in the hit "Ghetto Girls".

The movie You Got Served starring
B2K is coming soon. The movie is a Sony Pictures production featuring B2K,
Marques Houston, Funny man: Steve Harvey and more....also directed by Chris
Stokes who is Raz-B's cousin. The soundtrack is scheduled to drop on December
23rd. The soundtrack i heard is featuring: Jhene, B2K, And a few other
artist. The movie will hit the theaters on January 30th of 2004.

Fizz, and J-Boog. The 4 young men burst onto the music scene in 2002 finding

showcase in Los Angeles and quickly signed to Epic Records.
2001
* During the summer, B2K began getting more
notice opening for Lil Bow Wow on tour.
2002
January
* B2K topped the Billboard Hot 100 Singles
Sales chart for 10 weeks and the R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Sales chart for
7 weeks with "Uh Huh."
March
* B2K released their debut LP - B2K. 
April
* B2K hit the Top 40 with "Uh Huh."
*B2K was certified gold.
June
* B2K won a BET Award for the Viewer's Choice
Video ("Uh Huh").
July
* B2K released B2K Remixes Volume 1.
August
* The video for "Uh Huh" was nominated for
2 MTV Video Music Awards for Best New Artist and Viewers choice.
December
* B2K released their next LP, Pandemonium.
* B2K hit the Top 40 along with P. Diddy with "Bump Bump Bump."
2003
January
* B2K were nominated for 2 American Music
Awards for Favorite
Hip-Hop/R&B Band/Duo/Group and Favorite Hip-Hop/R&B New Artist.
* They performed "Bump Bump Bump" at the ceremony.
Pandemonium was certified gold.
February
* B2K topped the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart with P.
Diddy with "Bump Bump Bump."
*B2K hit the Top 10 with "Bump Bump Bump."
March
* B2K won 2 Soul Train Music Awards for R&B/Soul Single
Group, Band or Duo ("Bump Bump Bump" with P. Diddy) and
R&B/Soul Album Group, Band or Duo (B2K).
Pandemonium was certified platinum.
April
* B2K hit the Top 40 with
"Girlfriend."
B2K won a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice
Award for Favorite Music Group.
* B2K will appear as The
Temptations on the NBC television
show American Dreams.
May
* B2K could be heard on the soundtrack for American Dreams
with their cover of "My Girl."
June:
Girlfriend is released and the video is shot.
